I have been teaching group fitness classes for over 20 years. Loving the energy and intensity that group fitness classes create Trent has taught a variety of classes including; HIIT, TRX, Cycle, Pilates, Yoga, Treadmill and Hybrid classes.I specifically love the beginner, and enjoys making them feel comfortable with this new experience and modifying the workout specifically for the beginner.
